Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for ANY of orders are free whatever how big orders you placed. If you have any doubts, please feel free to let us know via email or phone. 

For any items which are stocked in our local warehouses can be delivered between 3 and 5 business days. But delivery delays can occasionally occur especially in the busy seasons ,i.e., the X'mas holidays ,or the Black Friday / Cyber Monday . 

For the items which can only be fulfilled by our Far East office ,it usually takes around 10-15 business days to arrive at your address. 

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Pooxtra-inverter.com don't accept any P.O .Boxes address and we don't ship to APO/FPO/DPO addresses. In order not to have any problems when delivery ,please only fill out your detailed address when placing an order. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Pooxtra-inverter.com is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Pooxtra-inverter.com is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
