REGARDING PRODUCTS

Question #1 : Where do your products come from?

Answer : We are a manufacturer and distributor for the inverters we are listing on pooxtra-inverter.com . Unless otherwise mentioned most of our orders are fulfilled in the local countries either by Amazon or by our partnered 3rd party logistics company.

Question #2 : How to get help if I have some issues about your Power Inverter?

Question #3 : How to return your products if I am not satisfied with it ? 

Answer: We have 30 days hassle free replacement or refund without any questions.You can see details from Refund Policy.

Question #4: How to know more about power inverter ?

Answer: You can click top Navigation Menu " Academy" to learn the basic knowledge of power inverter . 

REGARDING ORDERS

Question #5: How do I place an order? 

Answer: Once you find a power inverter you want to order, click "ADD TO CART". This will add the inverter into your Shopping Cart. You can continue shopping or view your Cart from the top right menu button.From the Cart page, you can add a Coupon Code, choose multiple Shipping Addresses, choose to ship the same product to another recipient with a different Message and Address, or proceed to the Checkout to make payment and finalize your order. 

Question #6: Can I order by phone ?


Answer: Sure! Just give us a call at +1(818)658-9690. If there are no answers, please leave a message and we will return your call as soon as we can (usually within 24 hours).

Question #7: My order arrived damaged. What should I do?


Answer: Please contact us via our contact form and accept our sincerest apologies OR you can call us at once or leave us a text message. We will replace or refund the item immediately.

Question #8: Can I return my order? When will I get my refund?


Answer: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Damaged items may be returned at the company's expense, at our discretion. Most refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive and process your return.

Question #9 : Can I edit or cancel my order?


Answer: If you need to make a change to or cancel an order please contact us ASAP. Orders are normally processed within 5 hours, so if the order is already shipped we cannot edit or cancel it.


REGARDING SHIPPINGS

Question #10: I have not received shipping confirmation from your site. What should I do?

Answer: If you have not received an email from us confirming your purchase, please let us know immediately via our contact form with your full name and shipping address, and we will help to sort this out quickly.Sometimes our emails may end up in your spam/junk or other folders and we suggest you check them before contacting us.

Question #11: Do you offer free US shipping? How long will it take to receive my order?And Where do you ship from?


Answer: YES! We offer FREE standard US shipping on any orders (for US 48 states). We generally process your order within 5 hours of receipt. This can be delayed on weekends and holidays, or by other unforeseen circumstances. For US orders, delivery generally takes between 3 and 5 business days if the items you are ordering have been stocked in our USA warehouse.  Some products may be shipped directly from our Far East Office and it takes usually between 10 and 15 business days. 

Question #12: How can I track my order? What shipping carriers do you use?


Answer: Once your order has been shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can use to get updates on your shipment.  We ship our orders via USPS or UPS or Fedex Ground or ePacket . 

Question #13: Do you have any pickup locations in NY/NJ or somewhere else?


Answer: We can only ship orders from our warehouse to the address you provide.


REGARDING PAYMENTS

Question #14: Can I pay by bank transfer/deposit?

Answer: Sorry we don't allow for this payment method unless it is a large corporate order. In this case, we will issue an invoice and provide payment options.

Question #15: I'm in a rush. Can you ship my order before my payment is processed? 


Answer: We cannot ship your order before your payment is processed. Please take this into account when you choose your payment method.


Question #16 : Is it safe to use my credit card on your website?

Answer: Yes of course it is! We understand that the safety of your personal information is extremely important to you. To protect your personal data and credit card information from unauthorized access we use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) technology to provide you with the safest, most secure shopping experience possible. SSL technology enables encryption of sensitive information, including passwords and credit card numbers, during your online transactions.


Question #17: What are my payment options?

Answer: We accept all major cards, including Visa, Master Card and American Express. We also accept Paypal. We don't accept either Cash on Delivery or cheques.


Question #18:  Are purchases tax deductible?


Answer: All of the purchase price of the item goes directly to funding the cost of the merchandise and the shop overhead, therefore we're not able to provide a tax receipt for any of the purchase.
